As a new user, you have two options:
On the CPS Home Page, Click Register for CPS.
Enter a personal User ID(Unique) field. The personal User ID must be a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 32 alphabetical or numerical characters.
Enter a Password. The Password must be a minimum of 6 and a maximum of 32 alphabetical or numerical characters. The Password cannot be the same as the User ID.
Re-enter the Password in the Confirm Password field.
Enter your First Name.
Enter your Last Name.
Enter your position within your organization in the Job Title field.
Enter your Email Address.
Enter your Phone Number. Any combination of dashes can be used with a maximum of 25 characters.
Enter your Fax Number. Any combination of dashes can be used with a maximum of 25 characters.
In the Startup Page field, click the down arrow to select the default start page. If no page is selected, the default page is Track Air Waybills.
In the Volume Unit Default field, click the down arrow to select the default unit of volume, either meters cubed or cubic feet.
In the Weight Unit Default field, click the down arrow to select the default unit of weight, either kilograms or pounds.
Enter your three-letter Airport IATA code in the Your Local Airport field.
Read the site's legal disclaimer and check the box to confirm.
Enter your Branch Number, which must be obtained from your company branch administrator.
Click Register New Branch to submit your request.
The system automatically sends an email to your administrator for approval. Until your administrator has approved the request, only non secure pages are available. When the administrator has approved the request, you will receive an email authorizing your access to secure functions.
This function enables you to register as an administrator and request access to carrier systems.
Follow steps 1-15 above.
Click Register New Branch. A Register New Branch page is displayed.
Enter the three-character IATA airport code for your Branch Airport.
Enter your Company Name.
Enter your address in fields Address.
Enter your State/Province.
Enter your Zip/Postal Code.
Select the down arrow in the Carrier field to select the required carrier.
Enter the Account or IATA Number.
Click the Add button. Your information is added to the account list.
Enter any comments for review by the carrier in the Send Comment field.
Click the Create Branch button.
To request access to another carrier, repeat the same steps but select the next required carrier in the Carrier field.
To remove account or IATA information from the list, highlight the account number in the list box and click the Remove button.
Once the Create Branch button is selected, the system automatically sends an email request to the carriers advising them of an access request. Until approval from the carriers, only non secure pages are available. When the carriers have approved the request, you will receive an email that your request is approved or denied. If approved, the unique Branch Reference Number is included in the email and access to secure functions is granted.
